Based on the README, I can see that Kimaki is designed to run locally on your machine - it's not a traditional "deployment" to a server. Here's how to deploy/run it:

##Quick Start

npx -y kimaki@latest

That's it! The CLI will guide you through the setup interactively.

##What Happens During Setup

The setup wizard will:

  1. Create a Discord Bot - Walk you through creating a bot at discord.com/developers
  2. Configure Bot Settings - Enable required intents (Message Content, Server Members, Voice States)
  3. Install to Your Server - Generate an invite link with proper permissions
  4. Select Projects - Choose which OpenCode projects to add as Discord channels
  5. Voice Setup (Optional) - Request a Google Gemini API key for voice features

##Important Architecture Note

Each Discord bot is tied to one machine. This is by design - Kimaki spawns OpenCode servers for projects on the machine where it's running. You need to keep the CLI running as it's the bridge between Discord and your machine.

###For Multiple Machines

If you want to control multiple machines:

  1. Create a separate Discord bot for each machine
  2. Run kimaki on each machine with its own bot token
  3. Add all bots to the same Discord server

###For Multiple Instances on One Machine

Use the --data-dir option:

# Instance 1 - uses default ~/.kimaki
npx -y kimaki@latest

# Instance 2 - separate data directory
npx -y kimaki@latest --data-dir ~/work-bot

Would you like me to dig deeper into any specific aspect of the setup or configuration?
